Dan has pushed changes about 12.11 but hasn't build it.

Code::blocks 12.11 should be added to Fedora repositories fedora is falling behind Ubuntu, and other Linux Distros.

Package codeblocks-12.11-2.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing codeblocks-12.11-2.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
