Monitor doesn't sleep in lock-screen.
Only monitor becomes blank.

$ cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log|grep DPMS

This issue happens from 2nd lock-screen.

1. Login
2. Win + L
Entering sleep mode is OK
3. Win + L
Monitor doesn't enter sleep mode.

After updating to GNOME 3.9.92, this issue was fixed.
