HTML Editor was only added for Rich fields. It should also be used for editing Customized Layouts and HTML labels.

This was fixed on the master, changes weren't cherry-picked on the 6.0.x branch.

Ok, I verify, that the 3 commits are included in BPMS 6.0.0 ER4 and that the CKE editor is present in all the places mentioned (Rich Text fields, Html labels and custom form layout)
