path to add make test to mesa.spec

As of mesa-9.2-1.20130902.fc18.src.rpm, mesa.spec does not do anything in %check.

Patch to mesa.spec attached.

Mesa's 'make check' doesn't test much worthwhile.  Any reasonable amount of testing would require an X server and a variety of hardware anyway.
