Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add system default info to an org from web UI -> select an ORG -> Default Custom Info -> System Default Info -> add "<blink>hi>/blink>"

2. Remove system default info from the org in CLI
# org default_info remove --name="ACME_Corporation" --keyname="<blink>hi</blink>" --type="system"
Couldn't find default_info with keyname [ <blink>hi</blink> ]

Actual results:
system default info is not found

Expected results:
system default info should be removed
