Description of problem:

After importing a valid manifest, looking at the Import tab I can see the name of the distributor I created in the customer portal. However, as this name is a link in the web ui, it currently points to localhost and not to customer portal as it should.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import a valid manifest from customer portal
2. Select the Import tab
3. Click on the "Upstream Subscription Management Application" link

Actual results:

The link takes you to http://localhost:8443/candlepin/<UUID>

Expected results:

Link should take me back to customer portal
