Yeah, the underlying filesystem gave a i/o error, so there's not much rdiff-backup can do here. dmesg might show more? See also bug #1109563. This message is a notice that Fedora 19 is now at end of life. Fedora has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 19. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. Description of problem: Maybe this happend after waking up from suspend in combination to backing up to an external USB disk that was not ready yet.
