Description of problem:
Couldn't see the tabs ABOUT, in English or Portuguese. I found the Overview though. 

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Access Red Hat Satellite Server using a web browser at the address https://<HOSTNAME or IP ADDRESS>/rhn.
2. Find tab About

The "About" tab is only displayed if the user is not logged in. If you are logged in and can see the Overview tab, then the "Help" tab will contain much of the same information, but not the About page (or the "lost password" page). This is by design, and is not a bug.
