Description of problem:

Created a new distributor and added available subscription to it. Selected the new distributor and clicked the Events History tab, which showed the following error in the UI:

distributors/distributor_events.js isn't precompiled (Sprockets::Helpers::RailsHelper::AssetPaths::AssetNotPrecompiledError)

3. Select the new distributor and click Events History tab
