 The string "Toggle editor" is left in English under the "Show Tomcat Logs" sub-tab.

Sadly that option is presented by the EditArea javascript plugin that we use, not Satellite code directly, and EditArea doesn't provide an option for translating it. I have to close as CANTFIX.
