Description of problem:
ntsysv can't handle initscripts which contain only LSB headers, for example mcelog-1.0pre3_20120814_2-0.6.el6.x86_64 viz bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1006293

ntsysv-1.3.49.3-2.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
Try to enable/disable mcelogd.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run setup -> System services
2. disable mcelogd
3. enable mcelogd
4. ls -l ls -l /etc/rc3.d/S*mcelogd

Actual results:
ls -l /etc/rc3.d/S-1mcelogd 
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 17 Sep 10 13:46 /etc/rc3.d/S-1mcelogd -> ../init.d/mcelogd

Expected results:
ntsysv can handle initscripts which contain only LSB headers

ls -l /etc/rc3.d/S50mcelogd 
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 17 Sep 10 13:46 /etc/rc3.d/S50mcelogd -> ../init.d/mcelogd

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion in the current release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Because the affected component is not scheduled to be updated
in the current release, Red Hat is unable to address this

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is in the Production 3 Phase. During the Production 3 Phase, Critical impact Security Advisories (RHSAs) and selected Urgent Priority Bug Fix Advisories (RHBAs) may be released as they become available.
