Title: Externalizer について

Describe the issue:
Externalizer in A.11.1. is not tranlsated, although it is tranlsated in other chapter.

Suggestions for improvement:

before: Externalizer
after: エクスターナライザー

* All "Externalizer" should be translated to  "エクスターナライザー" in the document.
