How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From login screen, click Forgot Password
2. Enter Username and email address.  Click Reset Password
3. A user confirmation message saying that the password reset email sent is shown
4. I received the email but on clicking the password reset email, an usual login screen is displayed instead of the password reset screen

Actual results:
An usual login screen is displayed

Expected results:
The password reset screen should be displayed

This is a regression after signo removed from sam
