Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login as admin.

2. Move cursor over the Administer menu at the top right corner and click on
   Organizations.

3. There is an untranslated string on the top: "Organizations allow content and systems to be separated by logical divisions".

This issue exists in SAM 1.4
