Description of problem: Attempting to enable physical presence via tpm tools. tpm_setpresence --assert SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/tcsd from 'read' accesses on the file utmp. ***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests *************************** If you believe that tcsd should be allowed read access on the utmp file by default.
