Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Move cursor over top Subscriptions menu  and click Activation Keys.

2. Select the activation key you wish to add subscriptions to.

3. Click Attached Subscriptions tab, and there is an untranslated button "Add Subscriptions".

4. Click System Groups tab, the drop-down menu is not localized.

Issue in Step 3 above still exists in SAM 1.4
Issue in Step 4 above does not exist in SAM 1.4

The release of Satellite 5.8 we are deprecating the support of Subscription Asset Manager. The release notes for 5.8 can be found at https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/5.8/pdf/release_notes/Red_Hat_Satellite-5.8-Release_Notes-en-US.pdf.
