Description of problem:
It has shown None in the Current Active Keyboard Layout while actually it is  U.S.English.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clean installovirt-node-iso-3.1.0-0.999.999.20130909130006git3fee264.565.fc18.iso.
2. Check the Keyboard page.

Actual results:
1. After step2, the Current Active Keyboard Layout is shown None.

Expected results:
1. The current Active Keyboard Layout should show the same info as the one you chooses during installation.
