Description of problem:
Refresh Manifest & Delete Manifest buttons overlap.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
SAM-1.3.0-RHEL-6-20130829.1

Steps to Reproduce: 

1.  Move cursor over the top Subscriptions menu and click on Red Hat
    Subscriptions.
2. Click the +Import Manifest button.
3. When the manifest is uploaded, 2 buttons "Refresh Manifest" and "Delete Manifest" appear.


Actual results:

Refresh Manifest & Delete Manifest buttons overlap.

Expected results:
The buttons should be displayed separate from each other.

The move to Foreman and the new UI invalidates all previous localization testing. We will need to do a full pass through the UI again.
