Description of problem:
The severn version of ethereal is ethereal-0.9.13-1.2
The shrike errata version of ethereal is ethereal-0.9.13-1.90.1
In rpm terms 0.9.13-1.90.1 > 0.9.13-1.2
This is (probably) purely a package version numbering bug.
