spec file disadvantage:

Invocation of useradd without specifying a UID on all architectures:

useradd -r -g uuidd -d /var/lib/libuuid -s /sbin/nologin \
    -c "UUID generator helper daemon" uuidd

It seems overkill to allocate static UID for uuidd. Closing.
