Description of problem: Yum GUI interface on Fedora 19 gnome desktop notifies updates are available. After acceptance of updates offer, yum runs and updates all products when exception of libreoffice.  GUI interface offers libreoffice updates without notice of error causing libreoffice update failure.

1. Accept yum GUI interface update notice
2. Libreoffice products are still listed after successful update notice
3. 

Actual results:
All packages offered for update with exception of libreoffice updated successfully.

Additional info: erasing libreoffice-debuginfo-4.1.1.2-3.fc19.x86_64 allows successful libreoffice-4.1.1.2-4.fc19.x86_64 update

Have you tried running the update using yum itself? Yum would display you what kind of error occurred. From the information you provided I assume that you don't have debuginfo repositories in your configuration, thus the debuginfo package blocked your update. That's actually an expected result and there is nothing on yum side to do. Reassigning to PackageKit for further evaluation of the part where no message is displayed to user.

We don't show users depsolving errors. With the offline update in Fedora 20 we only show a coherent depsolved set to the user.
