Description of problem:
Gui Update does not accept root password as admnin authentication when std user is not part of group wheel

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh Install and create std user who is not admin / member of wheel
2. boot to gui and wait for gui update
3. at admin authentiction enter root password

Actual results:
root password is rejected as admin authentication

Expected results:
root is admin and password should be accepted.

I don't think the root user has to be the admin user.

This message is a reminder that Fedora 20 is nearing its end of life.
Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining
and issuing updates for Fedora 20. It is Fedora's policy to close all

Fedora 20 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2015-06-23. Fedora 20 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
