The "Custom"/"Everything" install has always traditionally included alot of
language specific packages that are not needed/desired. I propose that the
choice(s) made on the Language Selection page be used to filter the package
selection process of the "Everything" install so only the desired language
packages actually do get installed. 

The Language Selection page of anaconda already has a "Select All" button for
those who truly do want "Everything" to mean literally  everything (IE: i18n
developers), but it should reduce the amount of bandwidth used to update via RHN
or other methods where the customer cannot possibly use the information
contained in packages designed for languages they do not understand.

If time permits, further filtering could be done to not install packages that
are used only by languages that are not being installed. Chineese/Japaneese
input methods and editors come to mind, but this may lead to a a rat's nest of
dependencies that may be more difficult to filter.

Everything is *all* packages.  Not all packages but some arbitrary subset that
some people think makes sense to split out as a group not belonging to everything.
