Description of problem:
[ovirt-engine-notifier] - Mail - Cannot SSL event notification (regression)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure ovirt-engine-notifier with SSL and gmail smtp server
2.use the gmail account info
3.create events - maintenance to host or restart engine

Actual results:
Mail is not sent, and error is sent on "Connection refused" 

Expected results:
Should send mail correctly

Additional info:
Tested and works ok on 3.2/sf20.1

Configured in notifier.log

reproduces, log Shows MAIL_SERVER is ignored and set to localhost:
javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: localhost, port: 465;

although MAIL_SERVER=smtp.gmail.com
Inspecting further.

tested on: rhevm-3.3.0-0.25.beta1.el6ev.noarch
a mail is sent using ssl=true.
