Description of problem:

Services are always "on" regardless of their actual state.  Since Soap services can be Started|Stopped from the plugin please consider adding availability indicator next to the service.

You can check service availability via TRAIT metric. The idea of having some UI icon mapping to specific trait value is rather RFE for JON team.
