Description of problem:
Package eclipse-wtp-webservices provides multiple OSGi virtual packages.
Some of them seem to be incorrect:

osgi(com.sun.mail.javax.mail) = 1.5.0
osgi(javax.xml.rpc) = 1.1.0
osgi(javax.xml.soap) = 1.2.0
osgi(org.apache.axis) = 1.4.0
osgi(org.apache.commons.discovery) = 0.5.0
osgi(org.apache.wsil4j) = 1.0.0
osgi(org.uddi4j) = 2.0.5

Thanks for the bug report. This is now fixed in rawhide and f20.
