Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install SAM 1.3
2. Upload a portal manifest to an ORG1
3. Create a new distributor in SAM by Subscriptions -> Subscription Management Applications -> + New Distributor
4. Attach few subscriptions to the new distributor and download the manifest
5. Create a new ORG2 and upload the manifest from Step 4 above
6. After the manifest is uploaded, click on the link to the Upstream Subscription Management Application

Actual results:
The upstream distributor used for creating the manifest is not displayed. Rather, it takes me to the distributor page of the current ORG.

Expected results:
The upstream distributor used for creating the manifest should be displayed

The release of Satellite 5.8 we are deprecating the support of Subscription Asset Manager. The release notes for 5.8 can be found at https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/5.8/pdf/release_notes/Red_Hat_Satellite-5.8-Release_Notes-en-US.pdf.
