Description of problem:
Chosing "Ignore" as the method under "IPv6 Settings" for some NetworkManager connection apparently has no effect at all. The interface still acquires both a link local and a global IPv6 address.

always

Steps to Reproduce:
set "Method" to "Ignore" under "IPv6 Settings" while editing some NetworkManager connection.

Actual results:
ifconfig shows two inet6 addrs, one link-local, one global.

Expected results:
ifconfig doesn't show any ipv6 enabled for the device in question.

Additional info:
This was observed with wrt610n linksys router broken ipv6 (aka the "Vista Premium" setting, or security bug, whatever you like to call it).
