Description of problem:

(Assuming one bug suffices instead of one per variant.)

As part of the Flexible Branding feature, we want to show the branded name of the system on boot.

We're doing this by modifing PRETTY_NAME in /etc/os-release. We've modified agetty to be able to use an escape to show this when it's parsing /etc/issue.

The next step is to actually use this escape in /etc/redhat-release.
