Description of problem:
Freetype computes wrong vertical size of emboldened fonts. Consequently, it clips bold characters.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
freetype-2.4.11-6.el7


Steps to Reproduce:
1. ensure that you have vlgothic fonts installed
2. pango-view --font 'VL Gothic Bold 300' --text 6 --annotate=1


Actual results:
Shown character has wrong bounding box.


Expected results:
Shown character has correct bounding box.
