It looks like a problem with polkit or DBus. Could you get version of some packages:
$ rpm -q polkit dbus dbus-glib NetworkManager

Does this happen on NetworkManager start or activating a connection?
Also please attach the longer log.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
