That screenshot shows no styles rendering at all which happens when the cert for the management console hasn't been accepted yet. Did you make sure to first hit the devenv without the port number (mgmt console) and accept that cert, and then let it redirect to the community site and accept the second cert? Tried Win8 FF24 and it worked fine so suspect it was just an unaccepted cert. Tested on devenv_3829 on firefox24, win7, hit the devenv without prot number and accept the cert, then the how-it-works page can be displayed correctly, so verify this bug, thanks. |
