Description of problem:
I got and image that stuck in 'saving' status. It occurred after I tried to import an image from RHEV and stopped glance-api service during that.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openstack-glance-2013.1.3-1.el6ost.noarch

How reproducible:
unknown

Steps to Reproduce:
With open-stack (glance installed) and RHEV environments
1. add glance to RHEVM as an external provider
2. create new disk in RHEV
3. export the disk from RHEV to glance and during that, stop glance-api service

Actual results:
image stuck in 'saving' status:

| 8d8a5922-79bf-4a5a-833b-dcf843bce8c2 | disk1 | raw | bare | | saving |

Expected results:
image should be deleted from glance once it failed to import it from RHEV
