Description of problem: 
When trying to create new VM , if the "console" tab on the left side is pressed ,a checkbox apears with no action or label attached to it

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on the "virtual machine" tab
2.click on "new VM"
3.click on "console" tab on the left side


Actual results:
an active checkbox apears with no action to preform

Expected results:
the checkbox should be disabled or not displayed at all
