Description of problem:

Login using silver account which currency is EUR or CAD, tried to create medium non-jbosseap application, found that the cost indicator besides the "Create Application" button is still "$", it should be correct currency indicator when user currency is EUR or CAD.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login using silver account which currency is EUR or CAD
2.Try to create medium non-jbosseap application
3.Check the  cost indicator besides the "Create Application" button

Actual results:

The cost indicator is still "$" when using EUR or CAD account.

Expected results:

The cost indicator should be correct currency inidcator when using EUR or CAD account.

Tested on fork_ami_origin_ui_72_membership_863, the cost indicator is correct when the currency of use is EUR and CAD, so verify this bug.
