Verified the bug on qemu-kvm-rhev-0.12.1.2-2.406.el6, the issue does not exist any more.

[root@localhost ~]# rpm -q qemu-kvm-rhev
qemu-kvm-rhev-0.12.1.2-2.406.el6.x86_64
[root@localhost ~]# 
[root@localhost ~]# rpm -q qemu-kvm-rhev --provides 
config(qemu-kvm-rhev) = 2:0.12.1.2-2.406.el6

qemu-kvm-rhev = 2:0.12.1.2-2.406.el6
