Description of problem:
Wifi pop ups appearing only on session#1 even if they are raised in session#2 under different user.

Using laptop for session#1 and usb connected multiseat client Plugable UD-160-M for session#2. Both sessions using different user.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
NetworkManager-0.9.9.0-12.git20130913.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have two sessions opened #1 on PC with wifi card, #2 on multiseat client
2. try to connect to wireless network from #2 (RedHat Guest in my case)
3.

Actual results:
password dialog appears in #1 instead of #2

Expected results:
password dialog should appear on that session which raised the event

Verified with NetworkManager-0.9.9.0-12.git20130913.el7, all work.
