PressGang CCMS needs the ability to do the following things:

1. Import man pages as topics
2. Publish man pages as HTML output using Publican's man page support mechanisms
3. Show differences between different versions of man pages (maybe with the help of a Publican brand)
4. Export some kind of patches which can be submitted to upstream projects to provide them with edited man page content

Not only do the man pages need to be tracked by version of RHEL, but also by version of the upstream project they came from (such as bash, gnutils, awk).

There may be more required than what I have noted down. If there is more, or anything is misunderstood, please add comments accordingly. This will need to be broken into multiple sub-tasks when the work is on the table.
