Description of problem:
There should be 'Administration Portal', not 'Administrator Portal' in main RHEVM page (example: https://foobar/ovirt-engine/). There's nothing like 'Administrator Portal', Administration Guide refers to 'Administration Portal'. See 'Chapter 2. Basics' in Administration Guide.
