Description of problem:

The handling of the reply-to address assumes the qpid::messaging scheme of <name>/<subject> which causes it to misinterpret reply-to addresses from other systems. E.g. ActiveMQ.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run client/server examaple against ActiveMQ

Actual results:

Client doesn't get responses.

Expected results:

Client should get responses.

client now receives lines of bad poetry from server,

with both server and client running against AMQ 5.9,

with proton 0.7

server and client from qpid-build  0.22-36  

--> verificatur !
