Description of problem:

glog in F19 is still 0.3.0, although I see a working 0.3.3 on Koji.

Versions below 0.3.1 have problems, see also Bug 795970

This prevents e.g. Ceres (https://code.google.com/p/ceres-solver/)
from building.
