malini - are they copying only the VM config, not disks? can we get the script to understand better the flow? would creating a diskless template which is "just the vm config" solve their problem? or are we just talking about doing a direct clone? Will try to dig up contact info for this customer and ask them your questions and then add the info to the bug. we have a "Clone VM from VM" feature in 3.5 which should help |
