Description of problem:
PressGang can attribute authorship of a topic to a specific individual, but cannot attribute authorship to a collective corpauthor. 

Because the author tags are used for purposes other than book credits, it might make sense for "Assigned Author" and "Attribution" to be separated out. Default attribution might also be selectable on a per-book or per-project basis.

Find that there's no way to do it

Note: This can currently be done (as an alternative method/workaround) by using an Author Group topic to manually create the data. See BZ#981118 for more details on using that method.
