Doc Text:	Previously, permissions which are not relevant to Red Hat Storage Console were listed for Users. Now, with this update, the permissions are displayed based on the application mode of installation and only the permissions relevant to Red Hat Storage Console are displayed.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:

The Permissions sub-tab for a User shows the following roles for each user - 

UserTemplateBasedVm
VnicProfileUser

These roles are not relevant for a user of RHSC.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHSC.
2. Click on the Users tab and select 'Everyone', then click on the Permissions sub-tab.

Actual results:
The roles UserTemplateBasedVm and VnicProfileUser are seen for every user.

Expected results:
These roles are not relevant to a user in the gluster-only mode and should be removed.

Verified as fixed in Red Hat Storage Console Version: 2.1.2-0.21.beta1.el6_4. The permissions UserTemplateBasedVm and VnicProfileUser are no longer seen.
