Description of problem:

Regards to RH security guide, there is problem with script in cron.daily:

/etc/cron.daily/makewhatis.cron

It should have permissions 0700.

In man.spec, there is 

install -m755 %{SOURCE2} $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/etc/cron.daily/makewhatis.cron

where -m755 has to be change into -m700.

However, man package is not on the approved component list.

As this is only one line fix in spec file, proposing for fast.
