Description of problem:
Multi-line Graph Auto-refresh not working.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHQ 4.9.0


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on an autogroup say CPUs
2. Click on a Idle in the Group metrics portal
3. That brings up a graph.
4. Make sure the interval is set to 1m
5. Wait for refresh

Actual results:
Sitting on the page gets no refreshes


Expected results:
The page should refresh.

Additional info:
I forgot to implement this for multi-line graphs.

Added autorefresh capability to CompositeGroupD3GraphListView. 

This will be committed to master on next push: 8e10b6d
