Description of problem:
The file /usr/include/tbb/compat/condition_variable is missing in the tbb-devel package. At the moment I worked around the problem by installing the tbb-debuginfo package and using /usr/src/debug/tbb40_20120408oss/include/tbb/compat/condition_variable.

The %install rule in the spec is wrong, it only picks *.h files.  I'll fix this.
