Section Number and Name:
Chapter 19. qemu-kvm Whitelist
Section 19.6. Device options

Describe the issue:
We added device virtio-scsi-pci in 6.3, but forgot to whitelist it.

Suggestions for improvement:
Please add this item:

* virtio-scsi-pci - tech preview in 6.3, supported since 6.4
  * vectors
  * indirect_desc
  * event_idx
  * num_queues
  * addr

Additional information:
Device might not be supported only for all guests. I'll find out and
report back.

Comment 2 Markus Armbruster 2013-09-30 11:19:36 UTC
Since 6.4, the device is supported for guests running RHEL 6.4 and newer, and Windows 2008, 7 and newer.
