Uh, so, after experimenting with the problem some more, it seems that it's isolated to a specific Firefox theme (https://github.com/gnome-integration-team/firefox-gnome/). So this bug is wrong and since I think that Firefox extensions aren't packaged in Fedora, it's not relevant here. I'm sorry.
