Do we need a DB config tool? Is it a req for 6.2.1? The plan is to deliver DDL scripts. Need to discuss this during Fuse PM call.

This was discussed during the PM call on Aug 4. PM confirmed Db config tool is not required. DDL scripts will be provided. Closing issue as Not a bug.
